Insurance Wellness Programs

• We are now registered with Independent Health to accept Flex Fit Family, personalBest, and Health Care Allowance programs.  This means you can pay on your child’s player fees using these specified Independent Health programs through our online system.
• Use your card like any credit card payment.  Or, if your balance on the card is not the same as a payment (in other words you need to make a partial payment with your FlexFit card) just email us your card information along with the amount you wish to apply to the account.   

Family Discounts*

• ALL DISCOUNTS WILL BE APPLIED IN JANUARY
• If you have two children in the program we’ll discount both tuition amounts by 10%
• If you have three children in the program we’ll discount all three tuition amounts by 15% 

  * Only applies to rostered children (developmental players are not eligible for family discounting)
