Description

Developmental Players (DP) are allowed to train with their respective age group as though they are a member of the team, but they are not guaranteed any time during competitions. These players are also not considered rostered and can therefore play with their travel teams on top of all soccer training they do with EUSA. It is true that DP may be asked to compete with the EUSA team as a guest player for tournaments and/or friendlies, but they should not enter into the program expecting games.

Players who were designated as a DP are considered by the coaching staff to have the potential to develop throughout the course of the season into an eventual roster player, but at the current moment are not ready for the competitions that the team is preparing for or is not better than the players currently filling the roster. Therefore, you still need to tryout to be a DP.

The cost to be a Developmental Player is $850 for the season.
